Cancel Policy

① Customers can cancel their reservation by contacting the tourism association at least 7 days prior to the day before the scheduled use date.
② Cancellations made from 6 days before the day prior to the scheduled use date will incur the following cancellation fees.
③ 6 to 2 days before: 30% of the participation fee
④ The day before: 50% of the participation fee
⑤ On the day of the reservation: 100% of the participation fee
⑥ No-show without notice: 100% of the participation fee
Note: In the case of bad weather, a decision will be made by 3:00 PM the day before. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.
